Coming up with a name is often one of the most challenging parts of starting something new. For me, it was no different. However, one night, as I lay in bed, the idea suddenly clicked. My shoulders, knees, wrists, ankles, and knuckles — all creaked and cracked with every movement. Because of this, I was often teased about my “creeky bones” (intentionally misspelled). Instead of shying away, I chose to embrace it. And just like that, Creeky Bones was born—a name that captures both my humor and authenticity.
